- No battery light upon arrival Load tested battery – passed load test. Tested alternator 14.4 no load 13.8 with load. No issues with alternator. Can not duplicate customer concern at this time. Recommend bringing vehicle back if persists or gets worse.
- Perform Courtesy Vehicle Safety Inspection.
- Checked and found the engine oil level good OR low? upon arrival. Replaced engine oil & filter, reset service indicators, set tires pressures to ___ PSI, checked all lights and filled washer fluid.
